Sir Elton John Plans Hip Hop Collabo!?!

We know that after you read the title of this news-story you took a quick glance at the date. But no it’s not April 1st, this is the truth. Sir Elton John plans to do a hip hop album. Yes, you heard us, a hip hop album! The 59 year old singer has said in the latest issue of Rolling Stone saying that he wants to bring his melodies to hip hop beats by working with some of the biggest names in the game. “I want to work with Pharrell, Timbaland, Snoop, Kanye, Eminem and just see what happens. It may be a disaster, it could be fantastic, but you don’t know until you try.” It’s not the Rocket Man’s first foray into hip hop though, has previously performed with Slim Shady on his hit single Stan at the 2001 Grammys and reached number one last year when he was sampled on 2Pac’s posthumous album Ghetto Gospel.
