  1. Education can help in making you less vulnerable to charlatans and cons but not by much of a margin I believe. I suspect being conned at times in life is part of the real education that living offers…
    Whether it is a good idea to donate my body and become a candle…I’ll have a ponder. 😉

  2. I thought that was a brilliantly executed satire, and the accuracy of the parody is made all the more clear by the fact that it took the conference attendees so long to catch on. Also, the attention to detail was great (having the oil company exec go by the pseudonym “Shepard Wolff”, for example).
